MANUFACTURING OF SPARES
Anotherof our USPs is the capability to manufacture spare parts on demand. We even re –engineer analogues of parts for which designs are unobtainable , such as components which are no longer produced by the original manufacture.We thus reduce down time to a fraction of what it might be if our clients were to hunt down original spares

Refurbishment & Enhancement
Our refurbishment process is both through &comprehensive ,leading to significant life extension of the entire power generation system .by using material build up processes such as satellite spray &plasma spray .we eliminate discarding of expensive components while simultaneously regaining optimum performance level. On a whole new level , one major USPof ours is enhancement of powergeneration systems to obtain increased efficiency as well as power output. Wealso perform highly industry –specific enhancement such as the increase of steam-to- power ratio to adapt to changes in process requirements as in the case of anew plant or process.

Overhauling
In order to minimize downtime ,we depute a team onsite with all the equipment required to perform systematic& accelerated overhauling of the entire power generation system .after examination of all components for existing damage &failure, we also identify possible future failure points ,correct allissues ,and recover original performance levels of the entire system with regards to fuel consumption,power output ,and ease of operation &maintenance.
